Valley Wide MLS Inventory Update

As of January 22, 07, the total MLS inventory (Greater Phoenix Valley) was 44, 313 with 39, 769 (90%) in unsold listings. There were 4,544 sales in the last 30 days (Dec ‘06). There were 6,549 homes sold in the same period last year (Dec ‘05).
