Shannon at BlogArizona.com has a great article on HouseFront, the latest in home valuation tools. HouseFront is a service that offers home values by text message on your cell phone. Through this service you can punch in the address of a home you just drove by and check the value. This can be a great tool for consumers shopping. It’s like going through a shopping mall and checking prices of products. In my understanding HouseFront takes Zillow to the next level!

This thing is SWEET. It is going to make shopping for a home so much easier. I just realized that their website saves text searches, so that when I am walking a neighborhood, I can just go to the site afterwards and see all the homes I texted.
Kind of freaky with the owner’s name and all though! Great find.

I checked out the website but could not see how it is any better than Zillow.
