In response to the volume of questions I receive from real estate agents on FHA loans, financing for Canadians (foreign nationals) and other ongoing issues in the mortgage industry we will be conducting a free “lunch and learn” seminar next week. This seminar is designed to help real estate agents get ready for the upcoming Spring and Summer buying season.
We’ll cover the following topics (if you have a topic you’d like to have addressed do let me know):
- FHA loan overview including seller contributions, down payment and gifts
- VA loan overview
- Foreign Nationals Program
- Declining markets and how the mortgage insurance companies are capping programs
- Latest guideline revisions from Fannie and Freddie
- State of the credit crunch
- A full blown question and answer session
So, if you’re eager to get a piece of the upcoming wave of buyers then this is a must attend event. Did I say it’s free and we’re providing lunch?
Please RSVP with Aimee or Shailesh since seating is limited.
When: March 20, 2008 (Noon) - Please arrive by 11.45 AM
Where: 1201 S Alma School Rd, Room 9975-B
