		<description>Not sure what John was talking about but this comment is in regards to the blog post.  Being a part of a recent bank that went under (shall remain nameless).  The FDIC is &quot;not in the business of loans&quot;.  What they prefer to have you do is refinance so that they can take it off the books, so to speak.  They would prefer that you refinance...if the borrower can&#039;t refinance then I second Aimee&#039;s thoughts, you should contact IndyMac/FDIC directly.  Best of luck.</description>
