The Hardship Affidavit is a Fannie Mae Form 1021 and the Borrower Financial Statement is a Freddie Mac Form 1126. The loan servicer is Bank of America, formerly Countrywide. When I checked the Fannie and Freddie websites to see if either entity owned my loan both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac said they were NOT the owner. The loan amount is $600,000.00 and it is an interest only 7yr ARM. Bank of America told me since they sent the Freddie Mac form 1126 it is owned by Freddie Mac. Do you think that is accurate? The cover letter says on it "Making Home Affordable". When will you post Parts 5 and 6 of "Loan Modification 101"?
