During the course of a mortgage transaction I often get questions on homeowners insurance – particularly from first time home buyers. I feel that I’m not the most qualified to talk about insurance and what constitutes good insurance. I always send inquiring minds over to my own agent, Jim Kreisman. I send them to Jim for a number of reasons. First, he’s my agent and he’s done an excellent job for me. This means he’s going to do a good job for anyone I send to him. Second, he’s just an all round good guy: honest, straight forward and one SMART dude!
