		<description>I agree with what you said however, it could be that the agent felt that if he didn't take the buyer out and show him homes that perhaps he would lose his services. Leave it up to the mortgage man to disappoint the buyer and tell him that he cannot afford such and such house and have the buyer to go back to the agent looking houses he now knows he can afford.
