		<description>I like the fact that the government extended the tax credit and think this is a great opportunity for first-time homebuyers looking for a home to stay in for the long term but don&#039;t you see all these government programs just leading to another pricing bubble. I mean once the government stops these programs I see housing being effected similarly to car sales when the government stopped the cash for clunkers program. They will most certainly fall at some pace. High unemployment will continue to be a leading factor in the health of the overall economy as well as the housing sector and I just don&#039;t see a quick fix for that.</description>
