It's a guideline within FHA - and I wanted to point that out since there are many out there who are returning to the workforce. With the recent changes in lending they may not be aware of what they need to do in order to obtain a mortgage. A very helpful tip I guess. Other than a stay at home mom or child who takes care of an elderly parent I can't think of anyone else but I'm sure there are others out there who would benefit from this. Dru,
