I’m told this does not exist anymore &/or there is no more money for it. Is this true? Today’s date is 4/1/09. Between the programs that don’t exist anymore & the ones that have no money left, is there any help out there for down payments for first-time home buyers in Phoenix, AZ?

I really would like to buy a home again because I am renting and pay $1300 a month and my landlords are horrible mean people. My fiance pasted away one year ago today and I have never missed a payment but my utility bill has been outrageous due to ac and they will not do anything about it. I have steady income and if I have to move again I want to move into my own home. Please help if you can. Thank you

Greetings

I am a Canadian living and working in the Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. I am seeking pre-approval mortgage for future purchases of investment property in the USA.

Do you assist Canadians with borrowing for foreign investments? If so, could you please provide details of how I may apply for loan consideration.

I do have assets back in Canada and have excellent credit rating here in the UAE.

Any advice you may have for me in terms of raising funds for a downpayment for the US market would be greatly appreciated.
