APPLICANTS FROM OUTSIDE OF ARIZONA
If you are seeking a loan for properties outside of the sate of Arizona, please be aware that we can not lend out of state. Due to differences in state lending practices and guideline variations enforced by lender at the state level, we can not even provide advice and suggestions.
LOAN MODIFICATIONS
Finally, if you are seeking information on loan modifications, we are also unable to help you. We are retail lenders and loan modifications are done either through your servicer or specialty lenders. The Arizona Mortgage Team website has additional information.
