Arizona Ranks 10th as America’s Greenest State

Go GreenGreen is the new rage. Even bloggers did the whole green thing on October 15th called Blog Action Day. Now Forbes magazine, yes that advocate of corporate profits, is getting in the game. In a first ever, the magazine just ranked the 50 states in terms of its carbon footprint. Our very own Arizona is ranked 10th!

Overall, Western states rank well, with Oregon and Washington at two and three respectively. Even California ranks 14th. You’d never know it driving through L.A. but if Forbes says so then it must be true.

Hi Shailesh,

That’s great news! Unfortunately I couldn’t be a part of the Blog Action day.

Regards,

Jessica
