Agents Get Creative In Promoting Properties

Warning: it’s kind of cheesy, but it’s different and novel. That’s what I like about it. It was featured on Fox News last night!

You said it yourself: It was featured on Fox News last night! Cheesy or not, this Video was probably the most creative I have seen in a long time. Regardless of the genre or theme, it was so different from all the other stiff and generic real estate videos that Fox picked it up. As a result, this will definitely be a great marketing boost for them. Just from my little video experience I can tell you that this video most likely took some time and effort to create. There is only one question: Will they rap for every single listing they’ll get…If so, then they probably need to find a producer and shift the venue to MTV.

Christoph - I know - creating a video like this is not easy. However, promoting your video is not that hard - if it’s creative. Sometimes that’s that hardest part - gaining viewership.

Nick - I knew you’d like it!

Francy - I don’t know if Jay has seen it, but I recommend the song “Livin’ la Vida Loca” for your videos!

What a great idea! I know the listing agent, Neil Brooks, and this is definitely his style! I certainly hope it brings a buyer to his door. Kudos for his “out of the box” creativity!

Shailesh - I did a post too on this, does this mean I am stepping up my game and thinking like a real pro? This was a funny video indeed! I hope he can sell his house!

Candace - I don’t know you have a pretty good game going on over there in AR. I hope he sells the house too.

While it may be a bit cheesy (only because the Vanilla Ice is cheesy)..hats off and standing ovation to the production!

Telling you, that wasn’t easy and it took some time. They even threw in the green screen!

That was off the hook dawg! No we’re talking!

That’s a hot one y’all!

Seriously, Randy Jackson voice aside..wow! Nice job editing, use of green screen..let’s give it an 8.5!

Only reason not a 10 is the aforementioned Vanilla Ice issue…he was such a poser wasn’t he..but hey it still beats Milli Vanilli

Of course I saw it!

You know you may be blogging too much if you’re communicating with your wife on someone else’s blog…..

I agree Barry, it certainly is very well put together. Music. Well. You can’t please everyone I guess.

Jay - step away from the computer - hug your wife - she’s sitting right next to you leaving comments for you on other blogs…. turn your head.. and kiss her…. that works too!

:-)
