I work at PrimeLending so, we are a banker and a broker. As a banker we lend our own money within PrimeLending programs and the product portfolio is exhaustive. However, if by any chance a borrower does not fit into a particular program then we are able to broker the transaction. We do not just broker it to any run of the mill lender. We have a strictly enforced approved broker list and it comprises of those lenders who share our customer service philosophy of 100% satisfaction as well as those with very high ethical standards.
